How to assign notes:
 | "1" means middle C (c1), "3"
means middle E (e1), "1+" means c2, "2++" means d3, "6-" means a, "5--" means
G, and so on. |
 | Always assume that the key pressed is middle C (c1).
For example, if assign note #2 to "1+", then note #2 will always sound higher
one octave than the note of key pressed. If assign note #3 to "3", then note
#3 will always sound higher 3rd than the note of key pressed. |
